David Cowan

David Cowan is a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, where since June 1992, investment efforts have focused on identifying and supporting high-growth ventures, achieving top-quartile returns with notable investments such as LinkedIn and Twilio. Additionally, Cowan serves as a Board Member at Rocket Lab USA since December 2015, contributing to innovation in the space launch industry. As a Producer at Pale Blue Dot Films since January 2016, Cowan has been involved in projects that highlight disenfranchised communities, including the mockumentary series Bubbleproof. Furthermore, since January 2017, Cowan holds the position of Board Trustee at the Center for Inquiry, advocating for science and secular values. Educationally, Cowan earned an AB in Computer Science and Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
