Joseph Bunao

Joseph Bunao is a Machine Learning Specialist at Xanadu since August 2023, with previous experience as an Applied Machine Learning Researcher II at Stradigi AI from December 2019 to June 2022, where Joseph implemented interpretability functionalities for various machine learning tasks and spearheaded automated benchmarking processes. Prior roles include Research Scientist at the Asian Institute of Management, Consultant at ATR Asset Management, and teaching positions at Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, Miriam College, and the University of the Philippines, where Joseph focused on physics and data science education. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the Asian Institute of Management and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of the Philippines.
