Joel Román

Joel Román has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joel began their career in 2013 as a Teller at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Las Piedras. Later that year, they worked as an Accountant at Angel Luis Berrios Accounting Services and then as a Mortgage Specialist at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico until 2014. In 2014, Joel joined Rock Solid Technologies, Inc. as a Team Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Sales and Rental Solutions Consultant at XAPT Corporation.

Joel Román pursued their education at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Humacao, from 2008 to 2013. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in Contabilidad. Afterward, from 2016 to 2019, Joel enrolled in the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Joel Román has also obtained certifications such as the Microsoft Specialist - MCTS from Microsoft Dynamics CRM in May 2015, and the NMLS from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System in July 2013.
