Jenni Dramis

Jenni Dramis has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Jenni is currently the AVP of Human Resources & CHRO at Xavier University. Prior to their current position, Jenni was the Director of Human Resources at DNA Diagnostics Center from March 2016 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, training and organizational development, and associate relations. Jenni also has experience as an HR Manager and Business Partner at Time Warner Cable and Ameritas.

Jenni Dramis has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix, Cincinnati Campus and Bachelor of Arts from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Jenni also has certification from Lominger International in Certified 360 coach and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR.
