Markus Kaulartz is an experienced equity partner and IT lawyer at CMS Germany since January 2014, specializing in innovative business models, particularly in the crypto sector. Additionally, Markus co-edits legal handbooks and a journal focused on digitalization in law, contributing to publications such as "Rechtshandbuch Smart Contracts" and "Rechtshandbuch Artificial Intelligence und Machine Learning." As chairman of the Blockchain Arbitration Forum since October 2018, Markus promotes awareness of dispute resolution in the IT community.
