Beth Lanier

Beth Lanier has extensive experience in IT solutions and finance, currently serving as the Sr IT Solution Lead for the CFO organization at Xcel Energy since October 2017. Prior to this role, Lanier held various positions at Cargill, Inc., including Solution Architect and Application Owner for Financial Applications, where key responsibilities involved leading projects for financial information tools and managing software development standards. Earlier career roles included Accounting Systems Consultant at Gage and Business Manager at RJM Dental Supply and Human Options, a non-profit organization, where financial systems and operations were effectively improved. Educational qualifications include a BA in Finance and an MBA in Management from California State University, Fullerton.
