Caitlin Beyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Principal Consultant at Xcel Energy since August 2022, Caitlin previously held roles such as Chief of Staff at No Fun Team and Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where efforts focused on recruitment and development for large teams.
