Carrieann Jones

CarrieAnn Jones, CSM, currently serves as the Strategic Operations Lead in Data Analytics, AI & Architecture at Xcel Energy, a position held since October 2017. Throughout the tenure at Xcel Energy, CarrieAnn has also held roles including Senior Strategy Consultant, AGIS Experience, Customer Experience Transformation Change Lead-Technology Platform, Executive Assistant to the CIO/SVP, and Onboarding Coordinator for Business Systems. Previous experience includes working as a R.I.P.P.E.D instructor at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities and participating in an IT project management training program with York Solutions, LLC. Additionally, CarrieAnn has an artistic background as an artist with On the Wall- Murals and Commissions and experience in visitor experience and learning innovation at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. CarrieAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in painting, creative writing, and psychology from the University of Minnesota.
