Helen Thilges

Helen Thilges is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and project management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Tech Analyst and Workday Product Lead at Xcel Energy since May 2019, Helen is leading a comprehensive project to assess core HR technology and develop long-term strategies. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capella University from November 2008 to April 2019, where Helen held multiple roles, including Senior HRIS Analyst, managing systems related to benefits, recruiting, and compliance. Throughout the career, Helen has demonstrated expertise in system implementation, project management, and enhancing HR processes, complemented by a BA in English Literature from the University of Minnesota.
