Sara Dietrich

Sara Dietrich is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and leadership roles. Currently serving as the CrossFit Owner and Coach at CrossFit Templar and a Strategic Communications Consultant at SaraFinn Communications, Sara Dietrich specializes in developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes over nine years at Xcel Energy, progressing through various leadership positions in strategic communications, and a decade at the City of Minneapolis, where Sara held the role of Communications Director and Assistant City Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communications from North Dakota State University and additional studies at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and the University of North Dakota.
