Wei Wei has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Wei started their career as an Electronics Engineer at Xuzhou Electronics Equipment Manufactory in 1985. Wei then joined Anditai Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. as a Deputy General Manager from 1989 to 1994. Wei Wei then transitioned to the telecommunications industry and joined Guangdong Nortel Telecommunications Co., where they held various roles as a Finance Controller and eventually became the Chief Finance Officer from 1996 to 2011. After that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ericsson (Guangdong Shunde) Communications Co.Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Wei Wei then moved on to Foshan Harrison Consulting Company Limited as a Partner from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Director of Finance SSC at Xcmg Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. starting from 2016.
Wei Wei has an Associate's Degree in Industrial Radiologic Technology/Technician from Yangzhou University, which was obtained from 1982 to 1985. Additionally, Wei Wei has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Fudan University, which was obtained from 1994 to 1997.
