Michelle Saunders has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michelle began their career at Karmarama in 2008 as a Junior Analyst, where they demonstrated expertise in SAS Enterprise Miner and R Programming Language, as well as building predictive and prescriptive models. Michelle then moved on to become a Senior Analyst at Karmarama before joining Argyll Scott as a FinaManager from 2012 to 2014.
In 2014, Michelle joined Barclays as a Service Control - Financial Crime, where they provided oversight and ensured effective management of third-party providers. Michelle also applied their technical knowledge in Financial Crime and contributed to the operational oversight of fund and platform offerings until 2016.
Currently, Michelle works as a Commercial Manager at Xelix, where they utilize AI-Powered Invoice Intelligence to identify and resolve high-risk transactions in real-time, preventing invoice threats and errors prior to payment.
Michelle Saunders obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued further education and received a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting from ICAEW between 2010 and 2012.
