Charles Reichel

Charles Reichel has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Charles is currently serving as the Executive Director of CMC Operations - Drug Product and Supply Chain at Xencor, where they oversee CMC drug product manufacturing, packaging/labeling, and supply chain. Previously, they worked as the Head of Manufacturing and Development at Cingulate Therapeutics, where they managed manufacturing, process development, and logistics for an oral drug delivery platform. Prior to that, Charles was the Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, responsible for contract manufacturing, analytical testing, and supply chain management. Charles also held the position of Director of Formulation Research and Development at Coldstream Laboratories, overseeing parenteral contract development and manufacturing activities. Charles has additional experience at companies such as Ception Therapeutics, GeminX, Pfizer, Eisai, AAIPharma Services Corp., and Novartis, where they held various roles related to CMC, formulation, analytical development, and research.

Charles Reichel attended Colorado State University, where they studied Chemistry. After completing their degree, they enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University and obtained a Master of Science in Management and Strategic Organizational Leadership.
