Fabian Salazar

Fabian Salazar, MS, is an experienced cybersecurity and network professional currently serving as a Plant Cyber Security Engineer at X-energy since June 2022. Previously, Fabian held several roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., including Senior Maritime Cybersecurity Engineer, where responsibilities included executing the Maritime Cybersecurity strategy, and roles as Senior Network and Security Engineer and Network Engineer, focused on network infrastructure and global network support. Prior experience includes working as a Network Admin L2 at All Cover MSP by Konica Minolta, System Network Administrator at Capitol Supply Inc., and serving in the US Navy as an Administrative Supervisor, managing personnel records for over 3,500 individuals. Fabian holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Security Management from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida International University, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Broward College.
