Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Xenial since April 2023, Alina has previously held positions as Product Owner at HRS Group and Product Manager at Dev.Pro. Alina's expertise encompasses product roadmap ownership, scope management, requirements elicitation, and engineering team collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. With a solid foundation in business analysis, demonstrated through roles at GlobalLogic and Telenor, Alina has made significant contributions in API documentation, user flows design, and cross-functional feature planning.
