Aleksandar Skuban

Aleksandar Skuban is an accomplished clinical development executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Development Psychiatry at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. since August 2024, Aleksandar has held key leadership positions including Vice President Neuroscience TA Head CNS at Brii Biosciences, where development efforts focused on assets targeting Post-Partum Depression. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at Better Therapeutics, Executive Medical Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Head of Global Clinical Intelligence at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies. Aleksandar possesses a strong academic background with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Semmelweis University and additional medical education from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
