Hersann Fonseca Quirós is an experienced Engineering Manager in Quality Assurance at Xepelin since April 2022, leading the strategy and execution of automated testing processes to ensure product quality and expedite market releases. Previously, Hersann served as a University Professor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, teaching courses in Data Structures and Programming. As Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at OMNiLabs, responsibilities included creating QA best practices in an Agile environment and guiding a team of QAs. Earlier roles at Equifax and Mobilize.Net involved developing and executing tests and automating test frameworks. Hersann holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Software Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, complemented by various certifications in computer networking.
