Jay Zbieszkowski

Jay Zbieszkowski, CSCS, CPT, is a dedicated professional in the field of fitness and wellness, currently serving as a Strength & Conditioning Intern for Ole Miss Women’s Basketball and as a Fitness Graduate Assistant at Ole Miss Campus Recreation. With experience as the Founder of Next Gen Wellness and Brand Ambassador for both Xero Shoes and Orgain, Jay has developed engaging content focused on health and fitness while coaching clients to establish healthy habits. Previous roles include Personal Trainer at the City of West Lafayette and Purdue's recreational facilities, where Jay tailored fitness programs and built strong client relationships. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Purdue University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Mississippi.
