Dineth Mapa

Dineth Mapa is a seasoned design leader currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Xero, focusing on US Payroll, Expense Management, and Employee Experience since July 2025. Previously, Dineth held the role of Senior Manager, Product Design at Remote, leading design for Payroll and Contractor Management while overseeing product design outcomes across multiple teams and scaling capabilities globally. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Design - SME at Airwallex and Group Experience Design Manager at Airbnb, where Dineth contributed to significant product launches and built high-performing design teams. Dineth began the career as a Senior UI/UX Designer at tinyme and holds a degree in Industrial Design / Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
