Colm McKenna

Colm McKenna is an experienced audit executive currently serving as the Chief Audit Executive at Xerox since December 2024. Prior to this role, Colm held various leadership positions at Element Solutions Inc, including VP of Internal Audit & Compliance and Director of Internal Audit (CAE) & SOX Compliance, following its transition from Platform Specialty Products Corporation. Colm's earlier experience includes the role of Director of SOX Compliance at Platform and Director of Internal Audit (CAE) & Risk Management at Alent plc, where significant contributions were made in audit program development. Colm began professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, delivering audit and assurance services across diverse sectors. Colm holds degrees in Accounting from Ulster University and Business Administration from Lees-McRae College.
