David Shapiro

David Shapiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Operations at Xerox since November 2019, David leads executive oversight and strategic initiatives. Prior to Xerox, David worked at Credit Suisse for nearly two decades, holding the position of Vice President where responsibilities included serving as a Relationship Manager and Technical Account Lead for Operations IT Americas and Private Banking IT Americas. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, earned between 1988 and 1992.
