Janelle Burns is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of strategic experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Continuum Global Services and Continuum Global Solutions since May 2019, Janelle has demonstrated a commitment to supporting and empowering individuals in the workplace. Previously, Janelle held significant roles at Xerox Business Services as a Sr. HR Director and HR Business Partner in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, as well as serving as SVP of Human Development at Qualfon, where a focus on strategic objectives and client confidence was paramount. Earlier career roles included VP of Human Development at AmeriGas and Regional HR Manager at Lucent Technologies. Janelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bluffton University and completed coursework in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.
