Micol Ariane Bottazzi

Micol Ariane Bottazzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at xFarm Technologies since April 2025, Micol previously held the position of Head of RE Business Operations at Planet Smart City, where responsibilities included directing global strategy implementation and establishing ventures in Brazil, India, and Colombia. Micol's earlier roles include Special Projects Lead at Copernico, where critical initiatives were managed for the CEO, and diverse positions in arts and management as an editor, project manager, and assistant to the artistic director. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master’s in Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management, among other esteemed programs.
