Eric Hughes is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in retail management and real estate. As the Founder and CEO of Rental Income Advisors since May 2020, Eric coaches aspiring real estate investors, drawing on expertise from managing a portfolio of 25 rental properties. Eric also serves as a Business Manager for GovNavigators and XHIBITION, providing bookkeeping and office management. Previously, Eric held key leadership roles including Head of Finance at Saterman Connect, Senior Retail Advisor at greenlist™, and Vice President positions at The Children's Place and Macy's, focusing on omnichannel processes and business transformation. Eric began a career in retail management with Steve & Barry's and Payless ShoeSource, demonstrating strong capabilities in sales, operations, and team development. Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
