Xian Li

Xian Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and management. Currently serving as a Growth Strategy Manager at Xiaohongshu since January 2022, Xian previously held the role of User Growth Strategy Manager at ByteDance from July 2019 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at 51Talk from March 2018 to June 2019 and an internship at Kingland Software (Dalian) Co., Ltd., where responsibilities involved developing and maintaining Jira and Confluence tools and collaborating with American colleagues on Ansible codes. Xian Li holds a Master’s Degree in E-business (Information System) from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
