Donna Genova's work experience includes various roles in sales, marketing, and financial analysis in the pharmaceutical industry. Donna started their career in 1984 at E.R. Squibb & Sons as a Sr. Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for budgeting and implementing sales programs. In 1985, they joined Solvay Veterinary Inc. as a Manager of Financial Analysis, managing budgeting, strategic planning, and driving sales and profitability through marketing initiatives. Donna then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1989 and held positions such as Manager of SHARP Sales Reporting System and Sr. Manager of Headquarters Reporting & Analysis, where they developed reporting processes and managed budgets. Donna later transitioned to roles including Sr. Manager Financial Analysis and Sr. Manager Sales Force Effectiveness, monitoring business results and analyzing risks for profit targets. In 2010, Donna joined Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Manager of Chargebacks & Rebates and subsequently served as a Sr. Manager, Assoc. Director, and Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, overseeing product analytics, pricing, and market intelligence. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Director of Contracts, Pricing & Analytics and Sr. Director of Marketing & Business Analytics. Currently, Donna is employed at Xiromed, LLC, where they began as a Vice President of Sales & Commercial Operations in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2021.
Donna Genova holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Rutgers University Graduation School of Management. Donna also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from Douglass College - Rutgers University.
