Oz Kron is a seasoned software engineer and technical lead with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at XM Cyber since January 2020, Oz specializes in advanced attack simulation and security posture validation. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at PMO, Cybereason, A10 Networks, and F5 Networks, showcasing a strong background in networking and security. Early career experiences include software development at Trustwave and EMC, alongside teaching assistant responsibilities at Ben Gurion University. Oz holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
