Rinat Villeval is an experienced professional in technical services and support, currently serving as the Head of Technical Services at XM Cyber since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading managed services teams and providing specialized security expertise. Prior to this role, Rinat was the Manager of Technical Enablement at Skybox Security, overseeing the onboarding of team members and managing technical support for key accounts. Rinat's background includes positions such as Escalation Engineer and Technical Account Manager at CYREN, where Rinat was integral in SaaS product monitoring and support. Rinat’s career began at Cisco Systems as a DPI engineer, and also includes experience as a Sales Director at DSNR. Rinat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
