Nadia John

Nadia John is an accomplished professional in recruitment and operations management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Technical Recruitment at XML International since April 2014, Nadia manages and develops a team of recruitment consultants while providing insightful reports on departmental performance. Previously, Nadia held the position of Project Manager and Head of Operations, overseeing 24/7 operations across over 90 countries. Prior to joining XML, Nadia worked as a Manager/Accountant at POINT SERVICE MOBILES and as a Financial & Legal Assistant at Brisco Financial and Legal Consulting. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics/Management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Lycee Andre Alyker.
