Rahul Mathew

Rahul Mathew currently serves as a Site Technology Specialist at IFF since August 2024, providing AVASO MSP for site and service delivery services. Prior to this role, Rahul Mathew accumulated extensive experience at Microsoft from August 2010 to June 2024, where roles included IT Specialist, IT Support Engineer, and Customer Support Engineer, focusing on Managed Service Provider support and IT operations for Microsoft UAE and the Middle East regional offices. Earlier experience includes working as a System Administrator at Siemens, and Customer Support Engineer positions at Amadeus India and Nila Informatics, as well as a background in network and systems analysis. Rahul Mathew holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Eastern Institute of Technology (2024) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SaintGITS (2006).
