Matthieu le Blanc

Matthieu Le Blanc currently holds the position of Global Head of Procurement & Logistics at XNRGY Climate Systems since June 2024. Prior to this role, Matthieu served as a Supply Chain Executive at MLB Partner from January 2024 to May 2024 and as Vice President, Global Head of Procurement at WSP from January 2017 to June 2023. At WSP, Matthieu was responsible for global supply chain processes and policies, focusing on strategies that enhance cost and operational efficiencies. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Global Strategic Sourcing for Indirect Products, Logistics, and Services at CAE from December 2010 to January 2017, where Matthieu executed strategies for the global supply chain of non-products and services across various sectors. Matthieu also held multiple roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada, including Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and Product Pricing & Costing Manager. Educational credentials include studies at HEC Montréal and Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
