Damian Gatta

Damian Gatta has held various roles across multiple companies since 2000. At Long Island University, they were a Student Financials Manager from 2000 to 2010. During this time, they were a key member of the Student Financials configuration team, worked closely with Information Technology, Bursar, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other necessary university offices for system configurations, billing and general ledger reporting, and supervised a team in managing over 30,000 student accounts. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Senior Test Analyst at Accenture, where they provided testing expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of software releases, and was responsible for applying business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Customer Support Specialist at Emma, Inc., where they provided world-class customer support to all clients via phone, email and online community forum posts, and created a personal and memorable experience for every customer. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Client Success Manager, Implementations Manager, and Director of Customer Support at Built Technologies, where they delivered a technology platform that powered streamlined construction lending, and was on a mission to change the way the world gets Built. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have been a Customer & Product Marketing Manager and Sr. Customer Success Manager at XOi Technologies.
