Dustin Young

Dustin Young has held a variety of roles in the past decade and a half. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Executive Assistant/ Service Rep./ Service Coordinator at ProLogistix. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Project Superintendent at CLP Resources. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Chief Engineer at Marriott Hotels. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Building Engineer at Chartwell Hospitality. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an HVAC Service Engineer at Hiller Plumbing Heating & Cooling. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Lead HVAC Service Engineer/ Lead HVAC Installer at Lee Company. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Project Superintendent at Capitol Construction Services Inc. Currently, they are working as a Senior Sales Engineer and Senior Customer Success Manager at XOi Technologies.

Dustin Young attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1998 to 2004, where they received a BS in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations/ Business Management. Dustin then attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Nashville from 2012 to 2013, where they received an Associates in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies - HVAC/R & Green Technology. Dustin then returned to MTSU from 2010 to 2011, where they received a BS in Electro-Mechanincal Engineering Technology.
