Vu Pham

Vu Pham is an accomplished technical support professional with extensive experience in the field of networking and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at XOPS since May 2025, Vu has previously held prominent positions including Principal Escalation Engineer at Exabeam, where expertise in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions and cloud-based software troubleshooting was utilized. Vu's career also includes significant roles at Ruckus Networks, where expert knowledge in TCP/IP and routing/switching protocols led to successful resolutions of complex technical issues, and earlier positions at Broadcom and Brocade, providing deep-level support for routing and switching products. Vu began a career in networking at McData Corporation and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
