Debapratim Sikidar

Debapratim (Deb) Sikidar serves as Senior Vice President at Xoriant since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from Cognizant Technology Solutions where various leadership roles were held from March 1997 to December 2020. As Assistant Vice-President and SBU Head for Asia Pacific, Deb managed a $120M+ P&L while overseeing a team of over 2500 associates and delivering a diverse range of IT services across multiple regions. Notable achievements include leading a significant expansion for a top banking client, increasing portfolio value from approximately $50M to over $225M, and spearheading a major data migration project. Prior roles included Account Manager positions in both London and New York, where Deb cultivated key client relationships and drove substantial revenue growth. Deb holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
