Neelakshi Kotnis

Neelakshi Kotnis is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with significant experience across various sectors. In 2014, Neelakshi founded Thoucentric and has served as both Founder and Director since April 2015, currently working with Thoucentric, a Xoriant Company, since August 2023. Previous roles include management consulting at Auctus Advisors from 2011 to 2014, and lead consultant and founding team member at Kasper Consulting from 2009 to 2011. Neelakshi also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Disha Eye Hospital from 2008 to 2009 and spent seven years at GE in various managerial roles, including Senior Program Manager. An educational background includes an MBA in Marketing & IT from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a BE in Electronics & Communication from Karnatak University.
