Dakota Semler is the CEO and Co-Founder of Xos Trucks, a company focused on developing medium and heavy-duty commercial electric vehicles, which has been delivering customer vehicles since 2019 with an emphasis on last mile and vocational fleets. Prior to Xos, Dakota Semler worked in real estate portfolio management at Semler Companies from 2014 to November 2016, and held a position in fleet fueling at Rockhard Transportation from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Dakota Semler served as an assistant at Dolphin Power Industries in 2007, contributing to efforts for obtaining seed round funding for a Hydro-Mechanical Renewable Energy Company that aimed to produce large-scale energy with no emissions or fuel input.
