Prior to this role, Pavlo Pylypenko held multiple positions at JSSC Ukrrichflot from September 2013 to November 2022, including Head of Operational and Financial Control and Head of Fleet Economics and Analytics. Responsibilities encompassed financial closure, budget management, operational analysis, personnel planning, and the development of integrated management systems. Pavlo Pylypenko holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
