Prior to this role, Hao held positions at BMW Group as a Software Test Coordinator for Electric Powertrain and later as a Specialist in Testing E-mobility at QuEST Global. Hao's career also includes involvement as a Prüfstandsingenieur at BMW AG and academic experience as a working student during a master's thesis. Early professional experience includes an internship at Siemens AG focused on qualification testing for locomotives. Hao holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Universität Rostock.
