Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer at DiDi and over three years as Staff Software Engineer and Data Scientist at Ericsson, where responsibilities involved leading analytics teams and developing data pipelines and applications. Junyao's early career featured roles as Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, contributing to advanced computer architecture and algorithm analysis, and as a Research Assistant at Jilin University, enhancing detection schemes for P2P botnets.
