Katarzyna has also held positions at mBank Hipoteczny S.A. and Jerónimo Martins, where skills in HR management, team leadership, and conflict resolution were honed. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
