Previously, Asif served as a member of the Global Affairs Team focusing on Strategy & Partnerships at OpenAI from 2024 to 2025. Experience also includes roles as Interim Executive Director and Head of Innovation & Strategy for the Quad Investors Network at America’s Frontier Fund from 2021 to 2024. Notably, during the Biden-Harris Transition Team in 2020-2021, Asif led a data team to develop infrastructure for transition operations. Asif's career began at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager and Teaching Faculty from 2017 to 2021. In earlier roles, Asif worked as a Business Development Associate at Cancer IQ, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Data Science & Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with training in Full Stack Development from Horizons School of Technology.
