Steele Ford

Steele Ford currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at XPRIZE, having joined the executive team to enhance global impact across seven grand challenge areas, including biodiversity, climate, and health. Previously, Steele Ford held several leadership positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, managing approximately $950 million in annual fundraising and successfully growing the strategic partnerships division to over $200 million through innovative marketing and corporate initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Harbor of Health, implementing a patient-centered healthcare facility, and as Assistant General Manager for the Memphis Redbirds, where a progression from intern to senior staff member was achieved. Steele Ford holds a BA in History from Rhodes College and an MS in Sport & Leisure Commerce from the University of Memphis.
