We offer a diverse expertise mix, plant operation skills, and knowledge of milling and metallurgical operations, from five business groups, led by Pascal Coursol (Pascal.Coursol@xps.ca):

1) Process Mineralogy – flowsheet development from sampling, applied statistics, mineral processing testing, and QEMSCAN quantitative mineralogy, metals accounting reviews/audits, plant support contact Tony Deng (Tony.Deng@xps.ca, Gregg Hill (Gregg.Hill@xps.ca) or Elizabeth Whiteman(Elizabeth.Whiteman@xps.ca)

2) Extractive Metallurgy – hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical testing, process modelling, flowsheet design and on-site support, led by Mika Muinonen (Mika.Muinonen@xps.ca) and Don Shane (Don.Shane@xps.ca). 

3) Process Control – process control, automation technologies, and engineering solutions to achieve best practices ‘Operational Performance Excellence,’ led by Nicolas Lazare (Nicolas.Lazare@xps.ca) 

4) Materials Technology – selection / testing of materials of construction, failure analysis, equipment monitoring and inspection services, led by Dan Falcioni (Dan.Falcioni@xps.ca). 

5) Simulation & Modelling - led by Tanai Marin (Tanai.Marin@xps.ca).
