Brendan Ederle has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Brendan began their career as a Captain in the US Army, serving as an Aviation Officer from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they joined the United States Army Special Operations Command as a Major in Special Operations Aviation, where they served until 2007.

In 2009, Brendan transitioned to the financial industry and joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Investment Banking. Brendan worked in this role for seven years before moving on to XRI in 2016. At XRI, Brendan holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. XRI is a leading water management company focused on large-scale recycling and reuse of water in the energy industry. XRI's majority owner is Morgan Stanley Energy Partners, who are dedicated to growing the company and solidifying its leadership position in the sector. Overall, Brendan's work experience showcases their expertise in both the military and finance sectors.

Brendan Ederle holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. Brendan also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Brendan completed their high school education at St. Anthony's High School in Long Island, NY.
