Nick Hines is a seasoned executive in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at XRI since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held significant positions at Oilfield Water Logistics from July 2018 to May 2023, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Nick's extensive experience also spans over a decade at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where roles included Construction & Produced Water Manager, Permian Operations Engineering Manager, and various engineering and analyst positions. Earlier career experiences include a Production Engineer role at LINN Energy, LLC, and a similar position at Dominion. Nick Hines earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University between 2002 and 2005.
