TJ Arndt has extensive experience in sourcing operations and management, currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing Operations at XRI since November 2020, while also holding the position of District Manager at XRI Holdings since September 2014. Prior to these roles, TJ worked as a Water Pumper for Concho from May 2017 to August 2018 and served in the US Navy from June 2002 to June 2006, specializing as an Aviation Ordinance Day Shift Supervisor and Team Lead/Collateral Duty Inspector.
