Abdoul Baldé is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in functional architecture and CRM consulting, currently serving at XRM Vision since September 2016, where involvement in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects is prominent. Prior to this role, Abdoul was a Business Analyst in mobile technologies at mPhase inc. from September 2013 to August 2016, focusing on mobile applications development and consulting. Abdoul's career also includes a stint at DISAPI Consulting as a Business Analyst for Oracle BI, contributing to the implementation of an Oracle Business Intelligence tool for a global IT services company in 2012. Abdoul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from HEC Montréal, specializing in management and international affairs.
