Theresa Coughlin

Theresa Coughlin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at XSELL Technologies since July 2014. In this role, Theresa develops HR strategies encompassing policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management, while overseeing compliance with organizational and legal standards. Prior to XSELL Technologies, Theresa held the position of Senior Manager of HR/Benefits at Accretive Health from August 2005 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing the expansion of multiple facilities and orchestrating the launch of benefit providers and HR systems during the company’s growth from start-up to IPO. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Saint Xavier University.
