Christy Zhou

Christy Zhou is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various regions and industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at XT.COM Exchange since February 2025, Zhou previously held the position of HR Director at OKX from September 2022 to February 2025. Prior roles include Regional HR Head for Alibaba Cloud Intelligence covering Southeast Asia, the US & Canada, and India, as well as Southeast Asia Regional HR Head at Alibaba Group from November 2016 to September 2022. Zhou's experience also encompasses a Regional Senior HRBP role at OSRAM, Head of HRSSC for Great China at Air Liquide, and Country HR Manager at ZTE Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, both obtained from Wuhan University.
